Gratitude, belated

Thanks to Leslie, who writes an excellent blog in her own right, for awarding me the Excellent Blog award “for keeping it real in a well-written, God-honoring way.” Like I told her, “keeping it real” is one of the best compliments she could’ve given me! To be honored so by someone I respect as much as Leslie is too cool. Thanks, friend!

And thanks to Joy for honoring me with the Daily Dose award with the following commendation: “she encourages me almost daily in my Christian walk and in striving to be a Godly mother to my four children. That girl is chock full of wisdom and is a wonderful writer to boot. It’s a good thing I don’t know her in real life because I would be tempted to start stalking her.” Joy is a gifted and honest writer, one of my daily doses as well!
That someone actually reads what I write is staggering enough, but to know that someone actually reads and is affected (in a good way) by what I write, well, that’s simply amazing as well as humbling.
Thanks, my blog friends!
